Why CONUS only? Priority USPS costs exactly the same to ship to ALL states and US territories....

Just curious. Living in Alaska I see this all the time and it makes no sense to me.

CONUS does include Alaska if the C is for Continental. It doesn't if the C is for contiguous. I hope that helps.
