Xtar WP2 II charger

Hi!
I got an AW 2900 18650 protected cell and the Xtar WP2 II charger. I charged the cell on the "1" setting. I didn't want to overdo things but is that correct for this cell? I find the "instructions" that came with the charger confusing. I can not decipher any of it. It's written in very poor English. Can someone enlighten me? Or is there a chart that gives charging currents for different cells? The battery didn't come with charging instructions, either. Any info would be appreciated. TIA

The 1A is fine for 18650 cells, you could also use the 0.5A, but it would much more time.

In my review I have made a table with recommended settings for the switch.

Just curious, what does the (2) stand for in your table, right after 1A?

There are 3 settings labeled on the WP2 II charger "0" for USB output. "1" for 500mA charge current. "2" for 1A charge current

Oh I see, I thought the 1A was the switch number "1". Thanks Jake, appreciate your help.
