Re: Fenix L1+ -------- a 1w LED flashlight from C

At $27 with a RX0H LED I would be all over it. Let me know where I can get one /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

"Fenix L1+" is a underdriven light (circuit design limitation), don't think its brightness is anywhere near PM6

SDSAJ:

Please take another picture with BOTH the lights one. It's not
fair to take pictures in separate instances because most cams
will auto adjust brightness, color tone etc...

thanks

Cool. Stainless eh? I personally like darker lights (aluminum, HA Natural or Black), but stainless would be a tough surface for a good work light.

The "H" VF of the RXOHW bin is critical, as the lower the Vf the more current to the led from the circuit assuming it's simple voltage boost.

You could mod it for DD li-on AA, or put in a different Luxeon, perhaps a LuxIII with an "H" Vf, that would mean it would pull even more current at the same voltage as a H Vf luxeonI....

I'm interested. I'd like to see more photos of the flashlight itself...

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Your picture could use some description of those lights. What are the lights that are shown? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif Anybody got lux readings and runtime graph of this light? Anybody know where it is for sale? 29$ is pretty good value for money for a luxI light using 1AA with SS. Even Arc AAA is more expensive /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

A coated reflector would be nice. Also, some waterproof testing
on the orings /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
