It would be awesome if there could be a rated diver in the profile/form factor of a Citizen Tsukiyomi, with a moon phase as well. And citizen needs to round the link edges substantially so they can be super comfy, then round-taper the outer edge for aesthetics
Moonphase divers are a rare combo. How much you willing to spend?
Off the top of my head, I can think of two that fit the bill.
There's the Oris Dat Watt Limited Edition from 2009
The moonphase on that one is modeled after their pointer-date, and unique.
Then there's the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Quantième Complet Phases de Lune.
That one has the more traditional moonphase.
You would think that for the price, they'd at least provide a bracelet...
For Blancpain's asking price, you'd think it would come with a full time concubine;-)

1521? I have this one en route just now. Same colour but with a blasted case.
They're a great watch! Wear surprisingly easy for their specs.
I do wish I could find one of the older style mesh bracelets for mine, but I'll come across one eventually.
