Have not ventured far into lights other than sure fire, Nitecore and Fenix. Figure, despite what others may say, you can have too many lights (did I just say that lol). I just sort of get down a bit when I see lights sitting around doing nothing and know the night is never long enough to work them all. Anyway despite having a number of very small lights I have ordered two Lumintop Blackcat lights. Check them out. Not sure how good they will be long term but seem absolutely COOL on the features side. Looking forward to playing around.

My new, and now spare Fenix HP30R v2 headlamp.
I was concerned when I saw the box (outer box looked mint though).

It was an outlet unit, I'm guessing store display, and someone had an oopsie with the box at some point.
I won't complain about it though - the items are complete and looks 100 %. And I got it at 57 % discount over local list price.

That's a DeWalt DCS572N 18V XR circular saw on the way.

And a pair of Milwaukee Shockwave SL 0,6 flat bits and 152 mm bit holder, plus DeWalt Green laser goggles (to better see the green laser level beam, I don't know...) and 4x replacement interior vents in the house (funny how plastic becomes brittle after 20+ years).

received the acebeam w20 lep.

It has the size of a surefire 3p but throws 300kcd. impressive beam for the size, only con is the 16340 battery. The body could easily accept 18350.

For a change another lamp for the head! Couldn’t resist , think I’m on 4 nitecore headlamps now. Intrigued , nothing more nothing less with the HU2000 and the flexibility regarding the fuel. USB-C to what you want! So I’ve just gone for the 6000mah carbon battery. There is a choice of 20,000 mah pack…..I dont plan on being in the dark that long….yet!

So the batteries I purchased a week ago from Liion never showed up. As many probably know they are in Pennsylvania. I’m in NY state. For those who may be geographically illiterate they touch one another. Where did my batteries go? Louisiana. USPS has become terrible since DeJoy took over. Anyway, they’re sending another package out today and hopefully this time they find the right state.

I can see tape holding it down...it's actually what I do as well

Tape + packing peanuts or bubble wrap.
Heck, old crumbled up newspaper would have been good too.
Tape can easily loosen as a package is bounced around.
Especially with any metal object that has weight to it.
