There's been a change to the lineup - my original Haiku left yesterday to make a first time McGizmo owner very happy - my Sundrop XR-U just arrived to make me happy! So - currently:

Ti - PD-S
1 "C Pak" that will rotate among the 3 previously mentioned.
Sundrop XP
Sundrop XR-U
2x123 McClicky Pak (hosting a Creemator)
"Dumb Mule Head" for my L1

What do some of you guys do for a living, that you can afford such a big number of lights, worth $300 or $500 each???:thinking:

Thelast necessary acquisition was the Haiku XP-G and what's currently left on the account makes me hope future emergencies won't be dramatic ones!

I'm not alone, I still didn't sell lights, other flashaholics constantly sell not only lights (kidneys, livers, eyeballs...) to buy the next McGizmo.

I am not going to sell livers, but I slowly begin to understand selling a few production lights to get the custom one. I just don't have enough production lights now. I guess it will change over time lovecpf

Software engineer, working as a systems engineer. I might have spent a little bit of inheritance on my collection. :whistle:

I don't know if 8 has better grip than 6.

But I know that 6 pleases my eye more than 8 on PD.

Why do I like Don’s flashlights, and why do I have so many?

The short answer is that it is an addiction.

I hate to, but I have to agree with you. :D

What would I like to see next? A LunaSol with two levels for the flood LEDs, and two levels for LED using the reflector, each operating independently.

It surely sounds interesting since Don moved up to 3 sp, so next might as well be "4". :)

The Sundrop XP is saved mostly for photography - now supplemented by the XR-U. My Creemator McClicky is used for really early morning dog walks when I need uber throw...

The LS20 is a beautiful light, but I confess that it has remained a shelf queen. Lotta money tied up in a shelf queen - it may find its way to the B/S/T any time...:thinking:
