Ahh seems it also matters what caliber your flashlight is too. 😂
I usually have my vest on when i take the dogs out for their final business meeting.💩 Right pocket has a Ruger 380 LCP and left a Seeker 4 USB version in red at 3100 lume but high candela ( more than the newest seeker that i find too floody for my taste) and great throw.

I'd very much like to own this 'flash' light

Any gun is better than no gun but even the best 380 loads barely meet the lowest FBI testing standards for self defense rounds. That said if you use the good stuff & make your shot you have a very good chance of being just fine.

You increase your odds even greater by avoiding the 3 S's; stupid people doing stupid things in stupid places. [should that count as 1 S?] Avoiding even 1 of those makes your life safer, being around all 3 puts you at risk(s) where even the best gun can't save you.

THIS!!!!!!!! 👆That is how I live my life. Don't go to the f-ing 7-11 at 2 AM!

I saw a video where the bodyguard 2 380 got like 13 inches into gel with expansion that's crazy

I carry both a micro-9 (Kahr CM9) and a a small 380 (LCP) and find they are equally as unfun to shoot as you'd expect, because physics. However I practice a bit and can keep all rounds from both in a paper plate sized area at 15 feet, so I'm happy. I feed the Kahr 147 grain JHPs while the LCP gets hardball (reliability and penetration). Sometimes they get carried together, sometimes they're solo, but I have confidence in them both.

Have four different calibers in my pistol collection
9 & 10mm, 7.62X25, .22lr (not in picture)

mentioned cost per round, I can shoot my Beretta .22 for hours and that'll cost about $20 in ammo,,,
with my 10mm or Tokarev, it's just minutes

Nobody here punches hard enough to deflect the sternum and stop the heart?
I do not.

I don't either, and that's why I carry a firearm .... in case I'm attacked by someone that can.

About 25 years ago, my Taekwondo (pronounced take one's dough :D) instructer was conducting an introductory class for our family's employees. During the class he had me hold a five-foot-tall heavy punching bag. It probably weighed around 75 pounds. Jim, the instructer, was 5' 8" 185 LBs .... I was not ready for what happened. The punch rattled my teeth and damn near threw my neck out of alingment. I'd never been hit so hard in my life.

YEP! The best concealed pistol is the one that you'll never leave home without.

Here's mine -

EDC for six months.
Just tried a friends bodyguard 2 at the range- it’s so comfortable in hand and points so naturally. It’s also so accurate- definitely on my list for a smaller concealed carry firearm.

I didn't realize 75lbs was considered heavy...I used to move a bag that I could just wrap my arms around and have the knuckles overlap, I'd always thought all heavy bags were the same...

I think many of the locals here saw to many dirty Harry movies lol
