Local supermarket is running a buy 2 get 2 free deal on 12 packs of Pepsi products. We ended up getting 4x12 packs of Diet Mountain Dew, and 4x12 packs of Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi, so...that should last us about...6 months, maybe? Dunno, I don't drink a lot of soda, but my Missus does. I mainly drink coffee and green tea.

On the other hand, the supermarket had Starbucks Via freeze-dried sachets on sale, and I picked up a Colombian medium roast pack and an Italian Dark Roast pack. These are for my emergency stashes. Nothing like a nice hot cup of luxury coffee when things go sideways. Morale is critical in emergency situations, so treating yourself is important. Maybe I'll throw some sugar packets in with them, too. I normally drink my coffee black, but I might have company that likes it sweet. Hmmm, maybe some artificial sweetener, too.

Almost 40 years, and still haven't tasted coffee or alcohol. And I'm not even joking.

Obviously, one must have some drinking vices, and mine is Urge (soda). Comes in 0.33 Liter can, 0.5 L bottle, or 1.5 L bottle.
Or, if you ask an employee at certain shops, you can get the 1.5 L as 6-packs from the back storeroom. Which is what I sometimes do.

Best served after an hour in the freezer, where it is juuust starting to become slush.

This is a drink very well complimented by a bowl of snacks and a homemade pizza (WITH pineapple!)

My best friend just returned from nine days in Cabo. He brought me a bottle of Mezcal. We sipped some this afternoon. It was my first Mezcal experience. :)
