Western Screech Owl watching television. I kid you not. This male bird roosts in our yard almost every day. Last night my wife and I were watching television, and the owl sat for ten minutes with its big eyes glued to the constantly moving images on our TV screen. Picture taken at dusk by available light.

I think I see a small glint of the TV screen reflected in his eyes. Very cool.

OK, this stretches the limits of the thread criteria, so shoot me (but don't miss).
This is a photo I shot, and is an outdoor image scene, and is very memorable to me, but I didn't shoot it outdoors. It is one of my favorite photos.

This is a somewhat poor scan of a small print from a 35mm KodaColor negative I shot with my SLR mid-70s, and is an image of a 'print' of a drawn picture, framed on the wall of an old Virginia farmhouse.

@knucklegary - That is a glorious maple!
It's a wild tree that sprouted on its own. That was about 25 yrs ago. Since then it has grown to about 30ft. I've shaped it pruning to allow room for my house sits only a few feet away. Standing underneath in Spring, after leafing, the chartreuse green is equally as pleasing;-)
