This light was under a bridge for a long time. So much so the bicycle it was attached to was rusted solid. The CR2032 cells still had power. The switch didn't work so I tried to take it apart. I used a socket and a hammer to try to punch the plastic through and damaged the threads instead. The plastic was pushed in under compression and there were grooves that looked like threads holding it in place. I could have removed the rust from the switch easy. The switch and the rest of the internals were the same as a dollar light sold everywhere. Zefal should go ahead and make these out of plastic and avoid the fancy machining.
