I got my P60 quad last week and yesterday the Solarforce host I ordered came in. I got the stainless tail switch too so put an FS54 in that. The tint is extremely nice on this thing. On fresh IMR I get about 1,900 lumens sustained. Such a nifty little light to have great tint and super bright.

That's one far away looking tree NL. Your TN40VN lit that tree? Will have to find your pic.

It did in the morning when i go to work. I am surprise how far the tree is when i go home and take photo. There is only one tree.. i said in the previuos post that i will shine more objects when the weather get better.

Me forget to remind you....

The L2T host is decent for the money, only slight down side is the deep bezel. It takes some spill away(no issue if your not bothered and are more interested in the throw/reach).
yeah, I'm pretty impressed for the price. I have another Solarforce coming, it's L2M. That one was so cheap, I think $13. but also kind of deep bezel. I don't really want to pay $100 for a bored out Surefire when Solarforce are so darn cheap. Probably would appreciate the quality of the Surfire if I had one though.

I also have this same host, it's great with my triple P60vn drop in. I like your rear tail cap. I replaced the crenelated top bezel on mine with a normal one, I may have to order this rear bezel! Nice keys, I play keyboards myself :)

Not sure where you get your solarforce lights from but at solarforce sale , they have the carbon fibre usually on offer. Be good for lego creations, CF body, copper cryos head etc....pick your mix!

At some stage its worth dipping into a surefire host, 6p's can be had your side for $40-$50 . The classic z2 is a nice host along with the c2. You could always get them bored at a later date and run Sanyo 16650's. You won't get huge ouput (well it's still very good but compared to high drain cells)but as long as you don't push it(heat will stop you anyway), they are fine for 4 or 5a.

When you have to be up early for work, but always stay up late refreshing the page in case Vinh posts something in "FDT" (as he typically posts there late at night), and don't want Newlumen, OG, Wimmer, MAD, Mike, Ven, liteboy or Alex to beat you to the punch lol... But then the next day at work....

I have a 16650 that I use in my Eagletac TX25C xp-l. It works great but not as bright as using 2x cr123 and the stock light won't take 2x 16340. It's cool as I got big pack of good cr123 on sale. I have a good die grinder but I would have to methodize the centering as it's freehand.

I ordered my Solarforce L2M from kaidomain for $13.70. That one still hasn't arrived though. I'll check out solarforcesale I think I was browsing around there a little while back. They have like a ton of options if I remember. I like the stainless tail piece I got but it cost more than the L2m host for Pete's sake.

How about Chinese shipping on your end Ven? Are you guys able to get the same cheap shipping we have in the States? If you go to Kaidomain they have great sales at times on particular items. Was able to get an R50 Seeker for $80. when it first came out. Of course a month later everybody but me had an R50VN but hey, it was still a great price. I can definitely see why Surfire might be a little slower your way than it is out here though. Vinh isn't shy when it comes to international shipping though, that's for sure.

Cool. I was impressed with the Solarforce quality for the price. Got one shipped for just $13.70 but that one hasn't arrived yet. The cap with stainless bezel is really nice. I really feel like it adds to the quality of the light as far as both appearance and practicality. It's not exactly cheap at around $20. though.

Yeah, I saw your Korg. Yours has keyboard keys with deep synth functionality. Mine had to have piano keys as I'm more straight on with piano style. When I saw I could get the Kross 88 shipped for 750, that's what I got. cheers. I hope you have a beautiful wedding day.

Yes no problems here in UK, maybe 8-14 days average, odd time 3 weeks but rare or gearbest:poke:
UK is not a bad place to ship to, nor is the states from the UK. In fact shipping to you guys costs around the same as sending a mobile phone recorded in the UK. Have sent a few things your side, guess 8-10 days average............ish
