    Light for me

I work graveyard shift, and will be working on/around aircraft, and lost my main EDC (Olympia RG850) in the house somewhere. Strobe would be nice, but PLEASE, I HATE SOS! It is useless for my usage, and only gets in the way. Used lights are fine, too, so if you're selling one, or know of one...

    Klarus RS20 Passaround

I don't know if I'd really qualify, because I haven't been around much over the last 2 years, even though everything else about me fulfills the requirements, mostly because I was juggling between full time college, and a full time job, leaving no time for fun stuff, but I've been eyeing this...

    Flashlight for friends work.

That was one of the ones I found that is in their range. I also found these other lights Nitecore MT2 Olight T25 Fenix E20 Klarus P2A I was going to suggest the Klarus RS18, until he told me how many lights they'd need. That would be a wiring nightmare!

    Flashlight for friends work.

So, me being the flashlight connoisseur, according to my friend, he hired me to do a search for a light for his work that's preferably under $40, and ~300 lumens. His employer is looking to buy about 120, possibly more, lights, and being cheap and wanting simple lights, they want a AA style...

    Joule Thief for everything.

Flashlights in TV shows and movies (Part 4)

Thanks. I caught a glimpse of the unmistakable fat tailcap and crenelated bezel, and I was like "nooo, they can't be using a $400 Surefire!". Sure as heck, I rewind it, and set it to play in slow motion, and it was the M6!

Flashlights in TV shows and movies (Part 4)

I was watching a Nationwide commercial, where you had the ninja-girl following the burglars and replacing the things they've stolen. Apparently both burglars are able to afford Surefire M6's! $800 MSRP, and they're resorting to theft? They must be doing that as a living, to be able to afford...

Xenoled RG03 bezel rings on Surefires why?

Lol, send it to me, and I'll make sure it's well dropped by the end of my shift, as long as you don't mind 20-30 foot drops from the tail of an aircraft! Many a lights have met their demise from those aircraft.

Phoenix, AZ. Going to leave light in car as an experiment.

I'd be surprised if you do it this weekend. Isn't it supposed to hit 120 degrees up there? That'd be the ultimate torture test. I've got 6 CR123's sitting in the car right now (two in a Z2), just as my emergency light. I'll test them after summer is over, to see how they do (even though...

    MD10 beamshots?

Re: MD10 vs M61 beamshots? bump. Anybody? I'd be happy with just the MD10 measurements, since I have an M61.

Need help with my pool water (very cloudy)

If it's cloudy like this, get a gallon or two of bleach and dump it in the pool, and run the pump for a day. Should clear it right up within a few days. We just fixed our pool that was cloudy after a good rain (they said it was only a 10% chance! And it hailed for a few minutes on top of that!)...

    MD10 beamshots?

Does anybody have any MD10beamshots? I've searched CPF, and cannot find any beamshots for the MD10. Even hotspot measurements at 1ft and 5ft would be enough for me (I can extrapolate the diameter at longer distances)
