    Streamlight Propolymer LED 2AA

    Yeah a brighter 4aa with more runtime would be nice. The 4aa has to be my most used light. I really like the size of the 2aa though. If no one has one I just might have to buy one evaluation purposes:)

    Thanks for the reply. That is initally what I thought but several websites made the foot-candle seem like an english unit equivalent to the lumen. I suppose the spec using lumens was poorly written.

    What cells are you using? What kind of runtime do you get with that setup? I was thinking about doing something similar with my SL-35X with ring potted WA 1185s and a Carley 1940:) Thanks!

I got an email back from Streamlight CS and they confirmed that the old style slide switch cannot be replaced with the new style and the chargers are different as well. To me that makes the old style SL-35 a little less desirable. Plus the old style charger seems hard...
