No worries iLoveLight, if the value is under $100 it's classified as low value and slides past their radar. Even when it's from abroad, like asia. I have purchaced from around the world and only once have I been charged tax, and that was only
$9 cad, so buy and enjoy the savings.
The pila IBC is a quality charger. I charge redilast 2900 and fireworm 16340 1000mah with a spacer with no issues. One thing to remember is keep the clear lid UP as this will keep the temperature down and charge on a fireproof surface.
Yesterday my dog got a slight squirt from a skunk at the dog park, today I brought my Armytek Predator to scope under some out buildings there to locate it. Had no luck spotting it today put sooner or later the little bugger is going to be seeing stars for a week or I will me smelling for two...
Umm, having good quality battery's and charger then following proper charging/discharging methods should take all the worry out of that, right? but then we don't live in a perfect world so OK precautions should be taken.
I enjoyed the light show also, and my TK35 is my powerhouse light. The predator is also a favorite. Seams lately I have been using my surefire C2 and malkoff drop in.
However I have been wanting to get the SR91 but maybe it would be overkill for my use. Thanks for the review and note Selfbuilt.
How about a Gerber 33-001459 / 3 in 1 multifunction tool knife. Three different blades stored in the sheath. Blade changes via pushing a button with right thumb blade changes with the left. From one south paw to the next.
Ray Ban all the way. I have the predator pair and really like the shade of the tint and with all the snow this winter(21 cm yesterday, with 8cm more this weekend) they have saved my eyes from a lot of glare.
+1 for the TK35. This torch is just that. Plenty of light in a small package. Running it with 2900mAH Lith-ion battery's will provide hours of night time fun with the dog. I think XM-L is a better choice for long run times.
I agree, good choice. I like mine so bright for the size weight ratio. Low is very useful light with long run times. I'm using Redilast 2900mAH 18650's with the PILA IBC charger. Very nice tint I must say!

Re: Surefire C3 drop in upgrade
The malkoff M61W @ 240 lmns is more then enough for my dog walks. Nice flood and has a nice warm hue that is less yellow then the stock incan"s. It doe's have plenty of throw also. Also your going to like the TK35, very bright with a useful low and a wall of...
After looking at them further Joe I say they are both DOI(dead on impact) I managed to get them apart awhile back, and looked at them more closely now and I'd say they are toast now. Fiddling around I broke the circuit boards from brass part/head/laser like in Kenom's pics. Parts anyone?
