    Yeah I have a few of both. Wish they would produce a cree AA 2C. The Task Force 2c (60X) is still a bargain torch especially with the $10 off $25 coupons. My rechargeable C's are ony 2900 and 2200 mah but I have bunch charged in reserve.

    headlamp for a runner

    I am a night time runner (not marathons). I am looking at the Princeton Tec Apex Extreme with the 8aa (or 4aa) pack clipped to the waist and the Princeton Apex with the 4aa mounted in back of head lamp apparatus along with the Led Lenser H7 although I don't like the Lenser aaa battery source.

    2nd the ultra alkies from WG. I bought some within the last few years for same purpose for same price $7.99. When I bought them they were regularly $9.99. The WG alkies for my experience are better or same as name brands.

    KM has them for $29.99 and Sears for $34.99. I may see if Sears will price match at $30 because I have $10 off Sear BF card from a couple of years ago. I don't know if Sears ever has the Rayovac 4w 2c on sale.

    how does the Rayovac 4w 2c Extreme compare to the Taskforce 2c cree? I have only been able to locate the Rayovac 4w at Sears for $35 - not at any local WM's. I like the Taskforce (using Rayovac 2900mah nmh and aa to c adapters with Rayovac hybrids) but I have to use washers and/or grommets or...
