Should have the filament in the same place and the same bayonet mount. Is there such a bulb?

Yes, in Europe there's an 18w bulb (Osram 7527, Narva 17511, Philips 12445, Lucas L221) that meets your spec. In the US the 1141 bulb meets your spec.
