Burned out wire shunts on the top and bottom springs of my Convoy S2+ SST40

I have a Convoy S2+ SST40. I ran it at 100 percent for 5 minutes straight this week, and the tail switch now works intermittently. Sometimes when you click it, nothing happens. When it does register, it steps through modes properly.

The copper wire shunts on both springs seem burned out at their bottom solder points, like blown fuses.

Any advice on the part(s) I need and a good supplier would be appreciated. Also, what tool do I need to remove the springs?
