I have similar from fast tech. Bearings are cheap and cheerful. Lots of sideways play movement. Best to replace with hybrid ceramics or full ceramics.

Making your own spinners with plumbing parts is fun, and you end up with a better product. But I agree, they are cheap as chips everywhere now, loads on ebay.
