I'm using WA1331 and they are amazing!
Only 2A on 3xliion's (biggest Leef)

As mentioned above, WA1331 is perfect choice for three protected 18650 with very reasonable runtime.
If you want maximum brightness, FM1909 with three IMR 18650 cells will deliver about 2000 lumens but shorter runtime.
