I just received my TixDa Nova. I haven't had time to take any pictures yet but my initial impressions are excellent. The craftsmanship on this light is just simply amazing. I don't know how you managed to get the Ti and Damascus to blend so smoothly but it is truly a masterpiece in design. The first thing that caught me was how small this light really is. From looking at the pictures the light gives an appearance of being larger, but it is really quite a tiny package. It is actually smaller than a V10R Ti except for the head which is obviously wider.

I need to wait a few more hours until dark to play with it outside but a quick play with the levels show that they are well spaced and the beam appears to be quite useful. I will be curious to see how the light projects outside because it looks like it will have significant throw.

Nova received ... wow !

Thanks and cheers to Tain for extra assistance with my request(s).

The tint is fantastic - :goodjob: :D :twothumbs

I was wondering what is the safe voltage range for the driver ? If that was posted, I must have missed it

Very, very pleased with the beam and tint on this torch !

The driver is optimized for primary CR123. You may use 1 x Li-ion or 1 x CR123 with Nova.

Cool - good to know it can use primaries. When I saw the 16340 I originally thought it could only use RCR123 cells.

I've had a chance to play with the light outdoors at night and I am very impressed. On medium I would say that I could cover almost all outdoor needs - the throw and flood are that good. Kicked up to high and it's got some really nice throw.

If I can use CR123! this is great

Yitsan - I will take a Nova TixDa with the
XML2 Neutral White T6-4C.

For Trits I would like:
Alternating Red, Orange and Yellow in the tail.
In the button blue over purple

Cost:
TixDa 16340: $500
Trits 14 x $8.50: $119
EMS Shipping: $25

Total: $644

Please confirm I have this correct and available, thanks
