Something else that's changed .. all of my 1st torches were tail switch, now unless I had a specific use for it i.e. cycling / shooting I'd only ever buy side switch.

Archimedes--I've had the chart explained to me but I still don't get it.
As far as lights go, I have liked a cool CRI since day one. My only "taste" that has changed over the years is that I have purchased lights for more specific purposes. Too hot and I can't use it up close so I have one for that use (but I need it to be bright). Way out and I need throw so I have one for that use. EDC? MDC XP-L 16650. I have other lights too but they are not what I use regularly.
