how to know if a cell phone is used?

bought a used cellphone on ebay.but it came in box wirh all the seals in tack .coukd it be new?

Was it sold as a refurbished phone? If so it could have new cosmetic parts but original guts. I would look closely at the charging connector and the contacts in the SIM slot (if you can get to it) for signs of wear.

nah used i bought it before i saw the used part of add. wasnt a bad deal if its new but used i overpayed was 97 bucks shiped for a brand i never heard of before but it does have 4 rear cameras lol
