I have a convoy s6 with clspm1 and 5A buck driver, deep carry pocket clip, and blue lighted switch on the way from convoy. Canada post says it should be here today. Also an XTAR MX4 review unit should be here today

Sadly, I did not get any headphones. Which is pretty lame of me.

So that goes a little bit to making my lack of headphones better. The ZL was I think 10 days from purchase to shipment while backordered. Not too shabby.

Just got an Olight i3E. Makes a nice zipper pull for my winter coat. Single mode - just bigger than a AAA battery.

I took it out to walk the dogs w/ me last night, and I gotta say, this thing is an absolute firehose.
I'm not sure what the best way to get beamshots is gonna be. Is just this massively wide cone of light. Nice spread from hotspot to spill, but wide as all get out.
For example, here's an HDS Rotary SDR50 @ 325lumens and on the right there is the SC700 on med/low.
On full blast the effect is hard to capture in photo without maybe a tripod or something so I can get some distance from the camera.

Last year I picked up an Amutorch XT45 just to test the ginormous emitter in it, the NB90.16
Use it all the time.
figured it was only fair to get its bigger brother, the XT60 using the same emitter (has a wider deeper reflector, more throw)
cost was like $56 for the XT60
Must use a good high amp 21700

If you double click for turbo on the XT45, it puts out an amount of light that'll make a normal responsible adult cry a bit.
----> now focus that amount of light a bit more..

I know Beamshots are hard. They look basically the same and there's a difference of probably 2000 lumens. Lol

Locking exposure is a good start, though I suppose iacchus is already doing it.

Try an 18650 if you want to use it before the cells come in. My m21a will happily run on even a flat top 18650

I have some Tenergy LSD NiMH C and D cells ordered from battery junction for some Maglites that I'm going to hot-rod. Should be here tomorrow. And some more small Fenix diffusers.

Have a Convoy T3 titanium with 519a - 4500K on order, but it's going to be after the Chinese month long holiday before it ships. Have a Fenix 14500 cell on back order for it. I have that emitter in a T4 that I got about a week ago and it's excellent.

Those small Fenix diffusers & traffic wands fit Mini Mags too. I carry one of each in my truck with a small 1000 lumen
Fenix light. This is them on the Mini Mag.
