Hello,- I have a new alpha custom with a 6500 XML TIR optic and looking for a floody light to accompany it, now I have a beta qr copper on way, and I am also looking at buying another alpha custom but this time with a nichia 219 emitter with a floody reflector.
the nichia alpha custom tops out at around 180 lumens and the beta qr 85.
should I stick to the beta qr or invest even in the nichia custom?.
Between them, They're around 100 lumens difference on high. Noticeable?.
worth $300 just for that and some longer runtime, or is it worth it?.
would the beta qr be floody enough for close up, or the alpha custom nichia more or same?
What would you have to back up this throwy alpha custom?.
