lumintop fw21 or astrolux ec03?

hello everyone I would like some advice from you: what would you buy between lumintop fw21 and astrolux ec03?
I ask you please to list the strengths and weaknesses of the 2 models
I guess that the astrolux seen the lower power has a runtime at the higher turbo right?
what model of battery 21700 do you recommend possibly from banggood?

Molicel P42A for the battery, I use one in my EC01 and will continue to do so when my EC03 gets here (in the next few days YAY!!!! )
