A real match don't light for 8hrs but yea once the battery is depleted.

It kind of is, you can close it and reuse it. 8hr is a long runtime if plan on using a min daily. It could last over a year. For basic task finding like keyholes or stuff in your bag.

One time use in the sense of non replaceable battery not that it can't be reuse once activated like a real match.

You are making this harder than it is.
Runtime is eight hours with off and on function.
Battery is not replaceable or chargeable.

Sorry if I confused you by saying like a real match. Thought people wouldn't take that literally.

Green has a much better battery life. I don't know which version is being used here but my ones are rated at 15 hours for red and 50 for green. That's a big difference. Still, you are only likely to have them on for a minute or two at a time.

Of course, downside is that green doesn't look like a match.

Thanks for sharing. I do usually find differences due to the differing voltage requirements of colored LEDs that impact runtime.
I'll have to run a test on all the colors.

I've listed the min. as 8hrs though the max may be longer depending on color.
These are smaller than standard 3mm LEDs.
