Olight MCC-S cable

Got this cable included with buying a S1r. Did some test and found out that it is possible to run the S1r direct from a powerbank without first running the battery empty. Nice one! Also found out that it is possible to charge an Olight S30RII with the 3600mAh propiatory battery. Is there a risk doing this? According to Olight this cable is not made for this. Any info welcome!

The S30RII has a larger diameter, if I look at it. So in that case, the MCC has to be larger as well to fit the tailcap properly.
