Re: X65vn2470?!

Think prices will come after it's built due to how long it takes to make. Can get an idea of how much 20 X xhp70's are , then possibly two drivers, the tk61 host. But it's the hours total including heat sink to be made etc etc.

Considering the rc40vn40 was $1500 and the tk75vn1670 was $1250, I'm sure we can expect comparable and higher prices. These are not just "mods"; these are full custom lights.

Re: X65vn2470?!

Question on these crazy lumen output mods on the TK75, does this at all change the stance of the TK75vnQ70 being the PERFECT version of TK75? Maybe it still is due to decent run time in turbo, and maybe these lumen beasts are more like specialty light?? But like Vinh always says why buy a lower lumen light for better runtime when you can get the same lumens on a medium setting PLUS the crazy output on high!! So having said that would TKvn75Q70 not be the perfect model anymore? SO many versions, may as well try to get the perfect one.

Re: X65vn2470?!

"Perfect" is matter of perspective and preference. Brightness, throw, heat, runtime, price, size, quality, ease of use, aesthetics, safety... And I'm sure I'm missing a few other adjectives, all play a role in what each of us consider a "perfect" flashlight.
Imagine you owned every flavor of the tk75vn vinh ever made. Which one would you reach for every time? If you can answer that, there's your perfect light :)

If I were asked that, my answer would be, "every time for what?"

The TK75vnQ70 has a reflector. Therefore it has throw plus lumens. These mules have a lot more lumen, but less throw.

Of course if Vinh keeps adding emitters, they will still throw based on brute strength! LOL

That's one of the things I love about the TK75vnQ70. You get around 16,000-15,000 lumens of flood but with also well over 100K lux. Nice tint and well focused beam by Vinh too!

Thats why i ordered tk75vnq70 diffuse dome 6500k last week.. ( you can add extender too), which is a plus for me in this high power light..

But on Sky Lumen site it says;

Use Single Carrier Only. Do not use the extended runtime kit ???
