How much should I trust the "lumens per watt" rating on household LED bulbs and fixtures?
They seem to range from about 45 lumens per watt up to 100 lumens per watt, all the in same price category. Ceiling mount fixtures, where the LED's shine downward, seem to max out at about 85 lumens per watt. Are these real numbers or fake numbers?
Here's an 86 lumens per watt bulb from Ikea http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00334169/
Where a Feit A1600 is 100 lumens per watt, supposedly.
And we're down to 47 lm/w here for a LED ceiling lamp:

What's fake news, what really represents efficiency?
