Hello - First time poster long time lurker here. I have had a Klarus XT11 for almost 2 years now. I have several other AAA/AA lights. Once I purchased a high output 18650 - there was no going back.
As of late my XT11 has begin to turn itself off. My assumption is that the switch is going bad. This is unacceptable for an every day carry IMO. I attempted to contact their customer service but all they do is tell me to email and address for help. At any rate - I have decided to move away from Klarus and purchase another light.
