Had mine for two weeks now, and still loving it!

One minor problem I have come across though is some batteries must have a very slight variance in length.

First two batteries from duracell worked fine, but then all 8 from the next package I bought were short enough that the light would not turn off. A small wad of tin foil in bottom of body fixed it.

2 rayovac batteries so far have been OK.

i had had a problem with mine mot turning off. Tried Duracells, Eneloops, Duracell lithiums. I had to send it back, but Tain took care of me with the return shipping. Can't wait to get it back ready to roll!

This is a really nice choice for a first Tain light. It's very affordable (relative to some of his other lights ) and it's an all-around very useful light given its size and common battery!
