Show your nightstand flashlight!

Found this recently stored away. Purchased aprox 1987. Had to scrape corrosion off the bottom of the bulb (soft like lead) installed 2 AAA and it fired right up. Note the light was not stored with battries in it all these years thankfully. Old Eveready pen light. Works great for getting up in the middle of the night, doesn’t ruin your night vision.

I love these! I have ones in both AA and AAA size. They are outstanding.

Haven't taken any photos for some time now, but here are my current / upgraded ones.

Emisar DW4K, E21A 2000K over the pillow, and a Convoy 3X21E, 519A 1800K on the night stand.
And an Amazon cheapo Red "Exit" over the door. It just gives off a gentle, red hue in the entire room. I expected it would be distracting when trying to sleep, but it really isn't.

And I only just got it, but I love the 3X21E 519A 1800K so much. It really helps the brain going in the mornings, tricking it into thinking it's sunny outside, when it is in reality just pure black at 05:45 AM for almost 6 months of the year.

Fenix E18r v2 though I've never liked the switch on it. Also a Fenix HT18, for outfits because it lights up the back fence in the pasture! And there's a 3rd one, but I don't recall the brand. It's running Anduril, and the body is similar to the old Novatac which I loved.

Yes got that on release, I’m tempted for the new poison frog what’s just released . But held off so far and no discount codes allowed on limited editions.

Had a bumper scuff when wearing in the sea (I do use my gear as meant )

OCD can’t cope

Part ordered from Japan

You would think an easy quick change out….nope!

To remove a bumper it’s a fair strip down

I don’t know at time but this explains why. It has tabs that lock under the bezel

I have 3 and to be honest , I’ve enough, the anniversary one and the 8200 men in black. But still tempted
I’ve always had a thing for the frogs, never thought I would have one back in the 90’s as I’m sure they were £600 then .

Multi Fuel AA/Eneloop and USB-C 14500.

Options Settings:
Smooth Stepless Ramping.
Turns on at 20 lm, plus 10 min Last Mode Memory.
Shortcuts to Floor 0.01 lm, and Ceiling 400 lm.
Aux set to Dim Red, w Low brightness Amber Switch button, as locator lights.
When main LEDs are On above 10 lumens, Amber button is On.
When light is turned off above 10 lumens, Aux Display Battery Voltage Color.

Note Simple UI uses a lower ceiling (185 lm), for use w AA batteries
