I think they both unscrew from the front.

But that does not mean that they are not water resistant.
The M60 by itself, water can get in where the tabs are. But used with VME, MD host or surefire host, they are very water resilient.

Problem fixed with my AW 3400's. I had to take the AW sticker off the one that was fitting tight, and now they fit perfect.

I just saw the email. Looks awesome, I just wish there was a low low moonlight option on the lights.

I think you gotta create an account. :/

i can't post the email in its entirety, can i? it was sent to all malkoff subscribers, so that might mean it technically doesn't qualify as private conversation, so with that in mind may i post the email that was sent?

Glad we got a separate thread created for the MDC. Now we can get back to talking about lights that already exist like the WildCat v4 I just received from another forum member :grin2:

It is awesome! I've got it on an MD3 and it's so reasonably sized. It's definitely small enough to throw in my pack and use as a go-to camp light. The low creates a lovely floody area light but on high the thing is ridiculous! The tint of the XP-G2s is the same lovely tint that I fell in love with in the SHO.

Not that I expected any different but for me, it's a smash hit. I can tell it will be with me for a along time.
