Mostly. I also like that it throws farther and doesn't use a battery carrier. I like that it's controlled with a button as I'm not real keen on a control ring.

To OP, I have a t6vn, and k70vn ( same size as a k60vn).. I feel t6vn feel more compact, lighter, easy to operate... T6vn have a driver vnx2. Thats very reliable.. You can change modes too.. I recommend t6vn. I bet you t6vn sell more than k60vn.. But thats not the case.. So i recommend u buy a t6vn.

Thanks
Good point, not keen on battery carriers myself they can be fiddly at times!

The control ring wouldn't put me off completely but I do prefer the button.

I guess the question now is... What throws better the K70vn or the T6vn... ?

Thanks New Lumen, very good info and thanks for the pics.

I am leaning towards a T6vn but I do like the K70vn

How does the T6vn handle the heat?

Which out of the 2 lights is more impressive or feels more powerful?

Look at my heat test results for the TK75vnQ I posted awhile ago. T6vn would be very similar. K70vn will handle heat better since one emitter. T6vn imo more well rounded vs K70vn. If you want a dedicated thrower wait for TN42vn.

i did post the turbo heat test on t6vn subforum. It was posted in the forum a while ago. Heat sink work well.

Only thing putting me off is the fact you can't lock the light out!

One of the reasons why I love my TK75vnQ. About 4800 lumen with 350k lux so less on both when compared to the T6vn but it's more than enough for normal use but with the ability to lock out with a turn of the tail cap.

I don't want normal use, I want ridiculous use

LOL! You're as bad as me! If I remember correctly, didn't you come to CPF a couple of months ago looking for a small AA light? Now here you are buying a huge multi-18650 V54 light! You fit right in, that's for sure! :twothumbs

I have a couple of small V54 throwers but when I buy a big one I think I've decided on the K60vn. By then there might be a new V54 light out though, so time will tell. :)

It starts with a single "V54" light, but they are like rabbits and multiply quickly, and soon you have a family of lights.

The T6vn gets my vote!!!

Do any of the guys who voted for the K60vn own a T6vn? I don't think so. The K60vn has an awesome beam and plenty of useful spill, but so does the T6vn, only the T6vn is smaller and throws much farther. It's easily in my top 3 out of 50+ lights purchased. I don't have a K60vn tho :)
