    Are Olight X7R flashlights really waterproof at the USB slider cover?

    I have heard from people that the Olight X7R lets water in at the USB slider cover. I have the Olight X7 and it is a great light and I was definitely going to buy the newer X7R but the water ingress possibility is a worry. Has anyone have any info on this?

    Yes it is dear but it really lights up those dirty bits quite well. I think I have found the best of the small and large lights to take with me when I am away from home.

    I have a Jaxman U1 for fairly close-up stuff as it is very intensive and runs on 1 x 18650 li-ion battery. I have a very bright UVBeast with 100 LEDs installed. It runs on 6 x AA batteries and covers a good area. Both will not disappoint you. CHEERS

    New upgraded Maglite Mini Pro 272 lumens

    I have the Mini Maglite Pro + now. I am very happy with it. It is rated at 281 lumens and the cool white beam tint looks good to me. It has a low mode by pointing the head directly down and turning the light on. CHEERS

    After shaving the dome did you notice any green in the tint? Some throwers that I have are the Acebeam K70, Olight SR95-UT and the Thrunite TN40. I now have the TN42C. The TN42C kills the rest of the pack that I own. CHEERS

    Thrunite TN42 & TN40 will accept both the 4 x 18650 pack & the rechargeable pack. The Thrunite TN42 and TN40 heads will accept both the 4 x 18650 pack and the rechargeable pack. This was confusing to me and probably a lot of other guys as well. These are all interchangeable. CHEERS

    What a tight beam this new arrival has. It is tighter than my TN40 for sure. The tint is a very nice and clean cool white. The UI is typical Thrunite. God only knows what will be the next flavour of the month in throwers or flooders for that matter. CHEERS
