I have a fenix tk75vn and after each use the amount of drain to each battery in the carrier varies wildly. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

Please email Vinh and inform him. When did this issue begin to occur? Did you try with another set of matched batteries?

Yeah, I did try other batteries. Emailing vinh probably would have made too much sense though. Lol. I will do so. I didn't know if this was something normal but I guess that's kind of obvious now thinking about it that it's it and I should have just emailed him. My galaxy brain is showing.

Batteries draining unevenly in this case would be caused by the cells themselves not anything to do with the light.

Had this myself. What condition are the contacts in the top of the holder? One of mine had cracked but was still holding on - but was not passing current - so was only running on 2 cells.
