So the rest of the lights that sold that day will still be likely waiting more than a few weeks?

Each year has an August! August 2022 ... August 2023 ...:nana::devil::nana::devil::nana::devil:August is in... "Two Weeks". Just saying. Most likely it could be longer.
Us long-time HDS aficionados appreciate you putting "two weeks" in quotes.August is in... "Two Weeks". Just saying. Most likely it could be longer.
There are 3 things one should be very skeptical of:
1. Lumen output claims of many flashlight companies.
2. The number of cigars a humidor company says will fit in their product.
3. The length of actual time "Two Weeks" is to Henry.

But at all if HDS runs out of reflectors that means only than is more time to assemble the 18350 and 18500 tubes. I guess that is all a big plan done by Henry with a cool schedule to ensure we get the tubes right before Christmas :naughty:
--- edit ---
I forgot to mention ... Christmas 2021!
Dan, I know we are not in a perfect world. I have the time to wait for my two aluminium HDS and also the 1835ß and 185ßß tubes. The good point, at least for me. I have enough spare HDS lights. Not how it works. We are playing "wait for the #%@* vendors to deliver" game.
On the other hand I remember paying $300 for a HDS U60XRGT in about 2006
