Always found it interesting that man can't produce it's own ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
.. thing is, we have to have it in our diet.

Believe all other mammals can synthesize it naturally

Have a orange or tangerine, covers the vit C daily needs.
...from what I've read broccoli is also rich in C and other antioxidants

I like raw red American (steer) meat!

I have been using very good supplements for almost a year, which allow my body to heal and regenerate itself and I already have the first results. Does anyone else take supplements and see results?
Yes, and honestly.... No.
No results. I don't see any, nor feel any.
I always thought of supplements the same way I do vitamins.
They help with one's overall diet. They can be useful.
(Such as Vitamin C for preventing scurvy.)
But most of the time, they give your body a tiny boost.
Won't turn you into the next Superman.

I have taken nothing but high end supplements and have never felt any different.
