My L0D-CE has a very slight green tint - only against a white surface does the outside of the spot have any semblance of green. I do have a small black artifact, sigh 
But I do want to point out the output is very pleasant, not ringy or uneven 
In normal use though, the unit is great. Very bright and pocketable
