    I have one of these lights and there is no way I the red and blue flashing leds on this light could be mistaken for LEO strobe light's they are no where near bright enough for that.     I Have an EagleTac D25c Ti that fell out of my pocket at 40 feet up a ladder on to a concrete floor with only minor scratches and it still works perfectly.
