Yeah I was thinking about getting one of these defective ones just for collection but... I already have 2 SC65c haha, I also have a Acebeam M1 with a "floodight", so... same same.
Zebr'aight.
I’ve yet to acquire a light with a FFL emitter. Just not a fan of overly rosy light. I have a few DD 519a’s and those are almost strictly for night use. I much prefer a straight neutral tint and a CCT reasonably near daylight with ambient light present.FFL LEDs have dominated every other led. They are so good
You would really like FFL 4500k and 5000kI’ve yet to acquire a light with a FFL emitter. Just not a fan of overly rosy light. I have a few DD 519a’s and those are almost strictly for night use. I much prefer a straight neutral tint and a CCT reasonably near daylight with ambient light present.
However, I know at some point I’m going to have to try one to see if what I think is reality. Lol
Well hell, I guess I've got another Zebra in my future.
I also prepared FFL707A 5000k for this reason. Have it in my SC700 and it’s fantastic.I’ll wait till mcbob whips up a concoction and get his model with a much better LED
It’s a great led and am more than likely gonna try it out. I’ve heard it can have green in it, but not much, however I’ve personally never tried it out. This would be an outdoor work type light for my use so I’d never notice any green anywayOhhhh, man ! ! ! !
*MUST RESIST* !
I already *HAVE* way too many flashlights !
BTW --
Why is the (stock) Cree XHP70-3 5000°K 90cri
not considered the Best emitter choice here ? ? ?
Please explain . . . . .
(thank you)
Is that LED more throwy than the XHP70.3?I also prepared FFL707A 5000k for this reason. Have it in my SC700 and it’s fantastic.
compared to the SC600, the SC70 is heavier and brighter, but does not have longer runtimebeen eyeing a SC600
