    What lights do you carry in your car?

    I keep a Sipik SK68 and a cheapo 18 led lantern. I've had my car broken into a couple times, so if I lose them it's not a big deal.

    Conversion of old incandescent Maglite flashlights to Led's

    about 3 years ago I upgraded my 2aa Maglite with a Terralux LED bulb. What a difference it made! And I only paid about 10$ which was less than half of a Maglite LED at the time.     I was able to score one of these a couple weeks ago for only $6! Handy and inexpensive little light, especially at that price.

    Can a 2 AAA mini maglite be upgraded still?

    Re: Upgrade from incandescent mini maglite +1 on the Terralux upgrade. It is simple to do, and you get to keep the Mini Mag body that you are accustomed to. I just recently did it myself and I am quite happy with the results. Part name is Terralux tle-5ex Ministar2 Extreme
