Oh ya... There's also Pulau Ubin. Getting there isn't a problem and as long as we keep a few of the boatmen's mobile numbers handy, we can charter a boat back anytime in the night. Yet another pitch black location for shining our lights around!

Supper at Changi Village will also be convenient once we're back on the mainland!

Sentosa would be great, the imbiah trails and forest trails at night are pitch black as well. And they link to the sea.

Sentosa has free walk-in access if I'm not wrong and you can eat bf and after at Seah-Imm FC. But I gather the atmosphere seems "touristy" somehow even at Imbiah.:santa:

Ubin is more rustic and relatively "wilder" in terms of atmosphere but its trail size is huge and easily takes 6 or more hrs to cover.

For some time I have been getting people here to join me to Ubin but no one seems keen. As for me, I frequent that island so much the villagers there claim that I am there doing my guard duty.

You don't have to complete the whole trail. You just need to cover some areas and it is more than enough for you to play your lights there.

One thing about Sentosa - you will not find a taxi if you need one. So unless you're driving, timing tolerances have to be very tight.

I sometimes work part-time at VivoCity when I am free and bored - I know some of the CISCO higher ups hence I it's quid pro pro for us (manpower for them, some pocket cash for me.. and boredom relief).
Trust me - don't ever go to VivoCity. HarbourFront should be ok. There is a 24/7 McDonald's there. Regarding taxi, you can forget about it until around 1am - and that is on a weekday.

Maybe I can arrange Police Escort for us - CISCO Auxilliary Police escort of course. Topang one of the cash vans when they make their run out from the VivoCity banks.

Find a cab in Sentosa! Surcharge will kill me

That's a very good price. For all who don't know, I've a sales thread for my PH50 at US$1837 and that translates to around SG$2260! This price for a CSWL is a steal! If you know someone who may be interested, give a shout!
