Maybe 20 lumens (a modern take on the classic 6 / 9 / 10 / 13 lumens we all found highly useful on the Arc and Fenix lights, with a bit more brightness to make it a bit more useful for more people).

Thinking more about the lumen output, I think Gene normally likes to make brighter lights although not overdriven, so thinking about the Malkoff design philosophy, maybe a single 50 lumen mode might be more in line with his goal for this type of light. Would probabily get around 2 hrs 30 mins on a standard NiMH AAA.

I would be pretty happy with this too.
