Dehydration thread

Consumers are spoilt for choice in the hydration market but ultimately, sodium, glucose and water combinations will work best and align with what Doctors administer via IV for severe dehydration.

@Fuzzywuzzies, at times Mrs Fixer will work the knots out of the shoulder blade cramps but other than that no, I've not tried massage therapy. Light stretching helps a lot at preventing the side cramps.

2 day supply of spring water in my truck.
I keep a 2.5 gallon jug of spring water and re-use bottles.

In the back ground

A once 2 story building that was moved 75 feet, set on bracing while a basement was dug (to the left) and it will be slid back over. Oh, and lifted to add the first floor back. In the end it will be a 2 story building again but with a basement.
